Brilliant location, in close proximity to everything we needed. Including a great pub over the road.

The entrance halls and exterior seemed to still be under construction, and covered in scaffolding, but it was totally fine.

Could have been better if the construction on the building were finished.

The construction blocks view and car park. We were not pre informed about it.

Location was great. Property was very clean,

No parking as expected. Workmen using it as a storage area. No TV remote control so unable to use tv first day. very little toilet roll, spare supply was damp and mouldy. Dishwasher would not turn on. Cleaning lady arrived next day with fresh towels, toilet roll and helped with the dishwasher but it would not turn on again the next day. Great location for University visit and town centre and overall a comfortable stay.

Good location, quiet and comfortable.

Host specified free parking and then denied there had ever been free parking when we arrived (it was clearly detailed on the property policies sent to me by Booking.com at the point of booking, and also on the host's own literature sent prior to arrival). Accommodation is a little shabby, a plug socket and a light fitting hanging out of their sockets, cracked and mouldy tiles the bathroom, a wardrobe that wouldn't open without a great deal of coercion. Customer service regarding the parking issue was polite but utterly intransigent - person on phone appeared to be reading from a script. There's plenty to like about this property - particularly the location, but I personally wouldn't stay here again.

Clean space lots of space

Beds were very very soft suggest replace Shower hose needs replacing, some wall paper needs sticking down, skirting boards need re painting (they are fine but look damaged and not cared for). Toilet seat broken.

Location

The location for us was perfect just around the corner from Tamper Sellers Wheel where we had our wedding. Walking distance to town but in a quiet area. The parking was convenient. The apartment was a good size. The balcony was nice.

The communication wasn't great. I was asked twice how I wanted the beds making up and both times I said twin however when we arrived it had been made a double. The dishwasher was broken and there was water in the bottom that smelt so bad. I reached out twice during the stay to see if we could try to fix the problem and even tried to call the owner but I had no reply. It is definitely starting to need some TLC, wallpaper peeling off and the balcony door is difficult to shut once opened. The front door lock is very stiff too.

location is good there is bus to the mountain area

There was smell and dirt It’s obvious that no one has been there for a while to stay or do some real cleaning
