Hi Kay We checked out at around 11:05 Thank you the property served its purpose for us, we had a nice stay and generally the property was ok Just for feedback there were a few issues that I would suggest need rectification to deem the property value for money and get very good reviews, Note, couple of the issues as a landlord myself would consider to be Health and safety risk requiring immediate attention. 1. Missing Smoke Alarm 2. Heating control unit hanging out from the wall, exposing the electrical wiring. I have attached some pics already and will attach a few more. I forget take images of the vanity unit in the main bathroom where the handles were broken and some were missing, There was a significant gap between the shower tray and tiling in the shower cubicle too. Also There was a strong and uncomfortable smell of weed, cannabis in the property. Having taken on board the situation, ref how we found the property, regarding the issues we raised bring genuine, You mant to compensate us offering a % refund as goodwill, that would be greatly appreciated. Only location was good

No privacy for ladies in kitchen. Bed set and table were unbalanced and moving. No privacy in kitchen as no blinds or curtains on windows. No vacuum cleaner even no broom or dust pan. Garage bags missing. Refrigerator Photo shown was out of order and provided very small Refrigerator, not enough for my family to stay 17 days. I have already provided all the supporting documents and videos to support my above complaint.

Nothing!

It was dirty there was dirty socks everywhere there was marjuana everywhere smashed in doors and joy cold Water and the garden was overgrown Probably filled with rats

Clean and well maintained. Close to the train station.

Even though the ad mentioned about having a private parking. The owner has rented his parking space out. And then when discussed about it, he would suggest to park on the grass. Of course this is a community, and the neighbours park their cars on the street which makes it impossible to drive the car out from the grass area between the car parked on the driveway and the cars parked on the street. The owner of the car parked on the driveway doesn’t live in the premises, so upon requesting the neighbours to move their cars, it was then revealed that this happens on a daily basis. Whilst paying for the property, the parking was inclusive of it. This was obviously not offered to us. I believe the owner should ideally look into this, and have a word with the many disappointed neighbours in the vicinity. Furthermore , you’re paying for this parking which is well featured in the ad.

Instructions for key box didn’t work. When we reached out to the host, they quickly replied that it was broken but directed us to a different key box. Check in was 2 pm but we were allowed to drop off our bags. We arrived at 1:20 and the place hadn’t been cleaned yet. The chair in the living room was broken, the faucet in the bathroom was broken. We had reserved the parking spot but there cars in parking spot. It was freezing cold. The thermostat was set at 45 and the temp indicated it was 21 it was not even close to it. As we had a 6 month old, we did not feel safe staying at this property.
