Dallas House - Easy links to LHR and London

The house was not prepared at 2pm. We had to ring the bell several times before a girl who was supposed to be cleaning opened the door. The house was not cleaned though. The floors were sticky, with stains. The walls were dirty too. The bed sheets were not changed after the previous guests, that was really disgusting. We had to remove the sheets, the feeling of sleeping in dirty sheets was terrifying. I couldn´t reach the owner, she didn´t pick up the phone, neither she replied to my message the next morning. Also one of the towels had a huge dark stain on it. The kitchen, the kettel, the washing machine and fridge were dirty so we didn´t want to use it. There was also mold on the windows. This was the dirtiest accomodation we have even been in. We should be refunded the payment for such a disaster! Booking should stop offering this house.

Short walk to station

From the moment we arrived we were disappointed and it continued throughout our stay. We arrived to a extremely unappealing front garden to which we were told we could either park on the grass or the driveway, as the grass area was littered with rubbish and to access it you’d have to mount a kerb and path, we opted for the driveway. Upon entering the property we were greeted with an unpleasant smell, and a grotty entrance hall, exposed wires, and cables everywhere. Both bedrooms were filthy with walls heavily stained with some form of liquid, damp stained towels, musty bed linen and stained pillow cases. Dirty bathrooms with 1 loo roll for each of the two bathrooms. The showers were full of water stains and grime. Neither bedroom had a bin or bedside lamps, both double beds came with 2 very flat pillows and the metal bed frames were unbelievably creaky. So much so I ended up sleeping on the sofa for my 3 night stay, and purchasing some extra pillows/bed sheets, at a cost of £20. In the living room there was a tv where the remote control didn’t work! Now onto the kitchen which just got worse, a dirty fridge, filthy bin which wasn’t emptied, a cutlery drawer with only 1 knife and no sharp knifes at all. (After asking the owner re the knifes they did drop of 2 sharp knives but did not think to add to the one dinner knife. There were no adequate plates/bowls for 4 people, no tea towels to dry any dishes and the coffee mugs were filthy. Floors had not been cleaned, exposed wires in the kitchen which completely put us off even attempting to cook. Even more so when we opened the oven door to be greeted with dirty trays. When opening the back door we were greeted with at least 4 rubbish bags that had been left and a further outside bin that was full. The garden was in an awful state, completely overgrown and not use able at all. Thank god we didn’t have young children. The bins were emptied the following day after I had highlighted this.

The privacy was great, the bed was comfy. Garden access a bonus.

We really DID NOT enjoy our stay. The place is simply not pleasant.

We requested early check in but we weren’t allowed and we were informed the check in starts at 2pm. We arrived at 3pm, the key wasn’t in the box for self check in and the cleaner was still there. The property was dirty and poor quality. Bin in the kitchen not emptied was giving a bad smell. Stained walls, towels and sinks. Exposed cables, even the tv remote didn’t work properly. The beds are super squeaky and make noise every time you move.

Conveniently close to bus stop and metro. Easy check in check out. Ideal space for family - two bathrooms and large kitchen space

The house was not well cleaned before we checked in. The entire floor was dirty and footprints were visible. Trash can in the kitchen was full had dirt from previous stays, refrigerator and kitchen sink had stains, beddings had some pieces of hair.

Kitchen facility is not good. Cups and electric water boiler were very dirty. No knife and cutting board for cooking.

It was very convenient for Heathrow Airport.

No hot water. No TV. It was very basic

Nice and clean good place for small families
