The apartment is equipped with all the necessary utensils, including a toaster, for example. A big bonus is the underground parking included in the price of the apartment, which significantly influenced the choice of our reservation. Communication with the owner was good, he always and willingly answered all our questions immediately. Finally, the entire apartment building is permanently guarded.

This apartment also has its minuses: 1. The description states that there are two bedrooms. However, there is only one bedroom, the second bed is in the living room with a kitchenette, which caused some discomfort, especially in the morning. 2. Also, bikers drove on the adjacent road almost all night. 5. We had to vacate the apartment by 10:00 when we left, due to cleaning for other guests who can only check in after 15:00. However, we also had to vacate the parking space. We wanted to use it until 12:00. It was not an insurmountable problem, as there is a public parking lot right next to the house, but of course it is paid. Finally, we should warn the cleaning company to be more thorough in cleaning. There were dirty towels in the washing machine after the previous guests.

Liked the location although it's a little seedy at night with prostitution on every corner and routinely offered "business" after dark. Taking that aside, all the bars and facilities are super handy as is transport to get you everywhere . The property was clean and comfortable and check in and out was easy

It's advertised as two beds and two bath with air con Hence I booked it for a party of four I read a review which said only only bedroom and by that time the free cancellation window had passed It has one double bedroom The lounge has a sofa bed There is one bathroom, not two and there is no air con so the first night was uncomfortable until the weather cooled down. It was also super expensive for our visit as we didn't know the ;Formula 1 was taking place and the accommodation was mostly fulll in the city We paid £800 for three nights A week or two later and the same property is £200 But hey That's business

The location was great, close to the city center and restaurants and bars. The staff was very nice.

We had some issues with water leaking from the ceiling but the host gave us another room in the same building but a different floor.
