the room was not ready at arrival, and the TV remote was broken.

The location was central, and communication with the host was quick.

One of the beds was a sofa bed and it wasn't very comfortable. Also, there's no door on the living room/kitchen, which gave no privacy whatsoever to the people sleeping on the said sofa bed. There was an unpleasant stale smell on the bedlinen.

Our stay was a disaster. First of all, the place is described with 2 large double beds, in fact it has one double bed and one sofa bed (the owner doesn't understand the difference between a double bed and a sofa bed). They need to update the description of their place. Also, we booked the place for 4 people, but they insisted that we booked for 3 people until I sent them the screenshot with the reservation details. But the main problem was the cleaning which was awful. There were stains on the floor everywhere, there was dust on the furniture which was not cleaned for a long time, the carpet in the living room was dirty, the mop was really really dirty and many other issues. Check the pictures to understand how it looked like. We bought ourselves new mop and we started to clean the apartament, so we could at least stay there. Even if they offered to send their cleaning guy after we complained, the guy came unprepared, no new mop, no cleaning tools and products. So we lost our patience as we lost a lot of time because of these issues and we couldn't waste more time until they clean the apartment properly as it should have been cleaned before our arrival. I hope this helps others not to book this place and ruin there days in Budapest, as it happened to us on our Easter holiday. It was our worst accommodation experience and we are traveling a lot.

The location was great, close to lots of shops and restaurants. The beds, pillows, blankets were all wonderful, super comfie. We booked this place because it had a great rating and it had an underground parking spot - this was very important for us. The only tricky thing was leaving the underground - there is no automatic opening. We had to park our vehicle, go back into the building - only to find that our key from the lockbox was already gone - then had to ask the security fellow to open the gate.

The only thing missing was a coffee maker - glad that I brought my little induction bialetti from home.

The location of the apartment itself is awesome, everything's really nearby. Everything was very clean, and we had a blast.
