Realistically no one would rate for the perfection but hear me out why this premises and deserved a unanimous 10: *Ate Mai= Mabuhay ka! a sister to keep for life. * Accessibiities: SM, stone away sari-sari store. * the prestine pool we enjoyed after a therapeutic run along the Coastal road. *Security: the smiles of all the staff reassured the genuine service and confidence. *the price does harmoniously blended with your much deserved 3 more/7 stay. Immaculately highly recommended!

Hate calling the caretaker at the unholy hour, but kudos to Ate Mai, able to resolve things in a flash!

Location and a clean bedding, nice swimming pool which we used once

Water dispenser faulty, door handle in the bathroom needs to be fixed, front door lock hardly holds door locked. Passable for the philippines. Would be a much better if those doors ( entrance and the bathroom were) fixed. Water dispenser didn't bother me at all.

Near the shops and only complaint I have we are not allowed to park our car more than 10 minutes it’s apparently not allowed more than 10

With TV, we relied only on You Tube because there were only 2channels available on normal tv.One bedroom door don't shot properly, so there was no privacy at all. Toilet door handle needs fixing. It had seen better days. The room looked good on the photo but there were issues that owner should look into
