Apartment in the country, great view Apt. A

The views and how quiet it was. Add to this, seeing the Northern lights each night made it even more special.

Hard to say “didn’t like” but lack of storage was interesting. Maybe put some mobile storage under the beds

The view from the apartment was absolutely amazing. The house had everything you need. Nice that there was stuff like salt/pepper, coffee/tea, shampoo and toilet paper. Often you need to buy everything yourself. Also the fact that you can use the washer and dryer are a bonus. Personally I liked that there was no contact needed with the hosts, you can just get the keys from the little keybox. And the driveway was made snow free which was also appreciated!

You could hear every sound the neighbours made. Every footstep or cabinet that was opened was like it was happening in our own house. During the day it felt like the heater couldn't provide and it was cold, but during the night while sleeping it was crazy hot.

Great space for a family and still close to a town to get what you need.

Very good location for someone who likes quiet, comes with great view. Unfortunately for us, there was a massive snowstorm on the day we arrived. The owner was very helpful, he came to help us clear the snow the next day. I will definitely come back when I'm in Akureyri.

Rooms are a bit small but it did not bother us that much.

The view from the apartment was fantastic, and it was warmly heated and had everything we needed. Easy to find and near a major town as well, but far enough to have darker skies so that we could enjoy the Northern Lights.

The instruction on how to find the place and for gaining entry were clear and easy to follow.. The place was modern, well appointed and had all we needed for a 2 night stay. The view from the apt. was fantastic, both day and night. The place was a perfect temperature and the washing machine and drier were very welcome after a week of travelling. A lovely place to spend a couple of nights

Nothing really. It is a little way out of town, so you do need a car if you book this
