GBGreat location very central. Great communication from host. Any best slight problems resolved immediately so did not impact stay. Near to shops all within walking distance. Place clean and comfortable everything needed was provided.

The advert for the property is misleading. It looks as though it is at ground level, but there is a flight of metal stairs to climb with all the luggage. The ad states that the stairs are unsuitable for elderly/infirm, which I assumed was the indoor stairs, as there is no indication of the outdoor steps. We arrived on an icy evening and the area was not lit. The entry door would not open, so had to call the manager, who arrived 15mins later to let us in. We had to use mobile phone lights to see our way, and almost fell twice on the ice in the dark. The stairs within the property were, what can only be described as dangerous. This place is an accident waiting to happen. I noted on my return home, that these complaints have been made before, many times over the last year, but NOTHING has been done to put things right. If you have a child in your party, as I did then this place is not for you. They need to sort out these health and safety issues before someone gets hurt. Also, the water in the kitchen was only warm, and the bathroom door would not close. My sister was hurt by nails protruding on the dangerous narrow stairs.
USLauren was an excellent host and helped out with absolutely everything we could have needed. The apartment was in a great location, close to shops, bus stops, etc. Great to have off-street parking. Plenty of space, two good sized bedrooms, and plenty of storage for clothes.
Can be a little noisy with the bars in Arnold, but that is to be expected. The beds were not the comfiest.
