Lovely 2 bed Apartment, Arnold Town centre.

The sofa was really comfortable and so were the beds. The kitchen is really well equipped with cooking equipment and serving dishes and the beds were really comfortable with accessible wall sockets to charge stuff with. Easy to access bus routes ~2 mins walk away from accommodation to get around Nottingham. Great value for what you get would come and stay again when I visit Nottingham.

Some of the light switches were confusing as to what they did and the stairs are a bit disorientating, but really minor inconveniences.

Downstairs was clean and modern. Heat is done using a dial that is on the table by the window in the living room. Took us a long time to find!

If you arrive in the dark, it's a treacherous journey to the front door, metal stairs, uneven floor, and no light to help at all! The property says it allows babies, but the stairs to the bedrooms are so dangerous that we only did it once with baby. Honestly I'm glad I had not had a drink or two. The beds are bunk beds, double on the bottom, but the pillow is placed underneath the ladder for the bunkbed, that curves into the space where your head would be. Insane design. We slept the other way round.

I liked everything about this property, location was excellent, nd flat had everything ya needed, was very comfortable

What I didn’t like about this property was once ya got to top of the stairs outside the property, the ground was very uneven to get to the main door, didn’t bother us in the day light Cas could see were was walking, but at night we needed to use light on phone to see the dangerous part , but besides that was perfect, stairs also inside the flat was steep but wasn’t a problem for us ,

Very spacious and comfortable felt very safe and welcomed.

Everything required for a pleasant stay

It was a very central location and easy access to transport , the reason we stayed in this property was location to my daughters fro Christmas

Beds in both rooms were bunk beds and the fact that a local bar produced a lot of noise and after the bar closed plenty of drunk people shouting.....maybe it was a Boxing day thing

the location and facilities

The bed in the second bedroom ( lower bunk ) was extremely uncomfortable. The mattress springs stick into you and it needs to be replaced. It was a shame that the bed was so uncomfortable as the property is in a great location and facilities are good. The internal stairs are very steep and wouldn’t be suitable for anyone that struggles with mobility.
