"Great Location but facilities totally let the house down."

N/a - self catering

En-suite toilet in upper bedroom took 20 minutes to refill. We asked for a plumber to be sent who never came. Also no ventilation in en-suite which made it unusable as mould was present in shower. Also shower did not drain very well which we noted was also reported in April. Outside light near car parking not working which made it dangerous coming back to the house in the dark due to steps. Cleanliness of oven, behind kitchen bin and oven drawers was not good. Pictures taken.

"Good location but poor service"

Location

When we arrived it was quite dirty. Clogged shower. Toilets not working well. Missing towels and tea towels. Disappointed by the service given the high price.
