Lovely 1 Bed house in Largs, North Ayrshire

No potato peeler for kitchen appliances, Oven gloves let the heat through. No dishwasher although there were instructions. Freezer compartment in fridge needed defrosting.

The house is in a good location, very central and is equipped with everything you would need in the kitchen.

The carpets are covered in urine stains from pets. The bottoms of the curtains also have urine stains and the smell of dog/urine is so, so strong. The bedroom carpet and stairs had definitly not been hoovered before our stay. I was aware that the property was pet friendly but never expected it to be so bad. It was such a let down.

Location was excellent. Had been done to a high standard, needs a bit of tlc now

Loose tap in kitchen, electrical socket hanging off the wall in the bedroom that had a lamp plugged into it. Cleaners need to clean under the rim of the toilet as black marks visible as soon as you look at the toilet. Screws hanging out of hallway door knob. Carpet looked very dirty..

Good location for the best of the town, facilities were good and the property was very good value at the price..

Parking was a bit hit or miss as some of the nearby parking was for residents only and I assume they have permits...after 5 pm the side roads filled up so available parking was a bit away from the property, though we had nothing to worry about...

Location was great short walk from all amenities

Accommodation was very poor not clean to our standards. Carpet filthy and smelt of urine. Sofa lumpy and uncomfortable. TV not set up unplugged from set. Garden inaccessible for dogs but property marketed with garden. Toaster and oven dirty kettle not working. Electric tripped when using iron. No drawers for clothes no shower. Very poor spoilt our holiday.

Lovely flat, great location and facilities.

The only thing for us for a strong smell of a cat. I didn't noticed when I was bonking this property that it is pets friendly and when we arrived the smell was quiet strong.
