City View- near Downtown, Capital, NC State

Spacious home was great for traveling with young children. Love that each bedroom had its own bathroom attached. Clean and updated. Proximity to Trophy Brewing was awesome

The trains were pretty active at night but quiet enough that it didn’t keep us awake or our kids. Wouldn’t keep me from staying here again but maybe an issue for more sensitive sleepers

I loved the location! The house was beautiful and clean. I like how when I reached out to the owners they were very quick to respond and make our stay to our liking. Greatly appreciated

One thing is that the property is listed as a 4 bedroom when its really a three bedroom with pull out in the upstairs loft area. Also there were an infestation of waterbugs and spiders on the outside balcony in the master bedroom. Another thing was the stains on the upstairs couch and the comforters on all the beds.

I loved everything about this property!!! My host Robert was very efficient in communication and texted back swiftly. The pictures of the Home don't do this place any justice!!! The home is huge and the open layout makes it easy to move around! The super plus for me was that every room has its own full bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with coffee k-cups of amazing flavors (my favorite was butter pecan), and the dishwasher made for easy cleanup. The master bedroom shower was the best part of the house for me. The double headed walk-in shower gave such relief after a long day out! The location of the home was minutes from anything you needed and the little coffee donut shop across the street made for a pleasant treat in the mornings! Parking****There's a driveway for one car, but there's plenty of on street parking for large groups traveling with more than one car. The neighborhood is very quiet and welcoming! Everyone was friendly and spoke to us whenever we were outside! I will definitely book again!!!

The house itself is BEAUTIFUL.I wanted it because I wanted more room than a hotel suite for my family to hang with me being that we were in town for a family reunion from VA. But I(we) couldn't really enjoy it because of the following: 1. I did not get an email about me being able to check-in earlier until Thursday.(I found out that my request was answered in the app itself,but I didn't know that at the time, so I left later than I wanted.)Seeing that I had selected the wrong number of guests (Myself, my mom, and 2 kids) was unsettling and then I got a message saying I only have access to ONE bedroom since I selected 2 people staying. That was nonsense since I paid for the entire home.Who would actually select a four bedroom house and pay extra unless the intent is to use the whole house? I contacted owner by phone/text immediately...before getting on the road, & got no response. 2. Had I gotten the messages sent as email on time, to see all of the stipulations I would have cancelled immediately and selected the other home I saved. I wanted my relatives to come and share recipes, etc and just continue our time.Also my kids wanted cousins and such to come and watch movies, etc. And my mom wanted my aunts to come by but only one came because of the"no more than 8 people"rule and some cousins did hang with us. Because we saw the statement about them reserving the right to have us removed from the property, we only used the home to sleep in. We left and stayed gone mostly because we didn't feel comfortable or welcomed. Still havent heard from the owners. Even Booking.com didn't get them. 3. I paid for FOUR bedrooms, as is LISTED, and there are only 3 bedrooms in the house and a mini loft-like sitting space, which didn't cut it. I want compensation for selecting and paying for 4 bedrooms and only getting 3 Also,I have respiratory issues which seemed aggravated at night.
