We loved the apartment, the area is amazing, close to everything, we had a great time. Would definitely come back

The air conditioners don't work for heating, just ventilation and we had an electric heater, that we had to share, but would require one in each room

The accommodation was in an excellent location and comfortable; however, there were some significant issues. On the day of check-in, we mistakenly arrived early at 13:30 and found the room in a very dirty and unacceptable condition due to the previous guests. When we contacted the owner, we were told to return at 16:00. However, even then the room was not ready, and we were asked to come back 3 hours later, finally entering at 19:20. While we understand the owner was not responsible for the previous guests’ behavior, we believe some form of compensation or at least an apology should have been offered. Overall, the place was nice and well-equipped, but we also experienced issues with hot water and the air conditioning.

Well located, walking distance to shops and attractions. Cozy appartment, confortable and very tidy and clean! Very easy to get in, with clear instructions.

Was a little bit cold inside, we had to turn on the air conditioners and there was an electric panel heaters that did not work. Also, electricity went down if you had many appareils turned on at the same time.

Bien equipado y moderno. Fácil acceso y muy cómodo. Bien ubicado, cerca de metro y autobuses. Muchos supermercados cerca.

Limpieza algo mejorable y no funcionaba el extractor de la cocina. El agua caliente no llegaba para 4 personas. Artículos de baño (gel y champú) y pastillas de lavavajillas solo cubren 1 día.

Udobni su kreveti. Ima dosta posudja. Za nas tri je bilo taman super prostora u stanu.

Nije nam se dopalo što nije bilo najosnovnijih stvari kad smo stigle.. kao što su so, biber, kafa ili eventualno čaj. Pa bar za prvu pomoć. Ako klima ili grejalice ne rade, ohladi se stan za 15min. Wc daska nije bila najčistija kad smo ušli u stan. A mi kao tri žene, prilično vidimo takve detalje. I fleke na posteljini u jednoj od spavaćih soba. Sad opet, to može biti ljudski faktor. No dobro. Nadam se da će feedback da znači...meni bi.

De locatie is goed. Dichtbij 2 metrostations en naast de zondag vlooienmarkt. Prima appartement voor bijvoorbeeld 2 stellen. We kregen een schoonmaak goodiebag met een aantal dingetjes, erg fijn. Koffie en bakkerij Novo Mundo is een aanrader, verderop in de straat.

Het was stoffig binnen. Dus niet ideaal voor mensen met allergeen problemen. De bedden zijn niet super goed en de voordeur is aan vervanging toe. Maar het voelt wel veilig in het gebouw.

La posizione e il fatto che ci abbiano fatto trovare una bustina con tutto l’occorrente per la cucina e il bagno

La cosa peggiore è stata l’assistenza, abbiamo avuto problemi ad accedere alla struttura e non sapevamo chi chiamare, abbiamo contattato su Booking e non abbiamo ricevuto risposta. In una delle due camere non c’è aria condizionata, con il freddo che ha fatto non è stato il massimo. Nella doccia l’acqua non scendeva bene e si allagava il bagno. Non c’era nessuna mensola per appoggiare bagnoschiuma/shampoo, nessun appoggio per asciugamano, a parte un termosifone. La porta del bagno una volta chiusa , poi non si apriva bene. Il condizionatore in sala non riscaldava, e in più la finestra della nostra camera si apriva facilmente, stando al primo piano non è il massimo della sicurezza. Una volta terminata l’acqua nello scaldino, bisogna aspettare per fare un’altra doccia. Cuscini scomodi, troppo bassi.
