Location!

Bed was broken and the apartment was very dirty. Despite asking for fixing it and being told that was fix, the bed was like a V, it was impossible to use the bed and I had to sleep in the sofa, which by the way very dirt. The apartment outside was under construction and I could not open the balcony, all the time there was someone outside overseeing the apartment.

Everything was simply spotless and amazing

The location was great and it was nice it was right in front of the beach. It nice to be close to the amenities like the 711, Publix supermarket and restaurants down Hallandale Beach Blvd. Valet staff were so friendly and helpful. The place was spacious and well laid out so it was nice to have alot of room to move about and felt like we are at home. Beds were comfortable.

The cleanliness could have been better. Alot of the furniture was a bit dusty like the night stands. The kitchen was not as clean as it looked. The stove did not look like it was wiped down all the way. Some the of the dishes and pans were not clean as they still had food and grease stains. Alot of the utensils were not working, ex peeler, some knives were bent up. There was no spatula for cooking or dish soap to wash dishes as only one packet for the dishwasher was provided (keep in mind some people prefer to wash dishes by hand). The apartment needed some things fixed as some of the floor boards were sticking out, the bathroom showers were missing the door (pictures on the website showed all the bathrooms had both doors). The shower door handles were loose and not tighten properly. One bathroom was missing toilet paper holder and only had one roll of toilet paper. The couches needs to be steam-cleaned (pillows as well).
