The Hive - Cosy Studio in Wells City Centre

The studio was in the perfect location for a city visit. It is very well looked after, comfortable and modern. It had everything you could want, including goodies to eat and emergency toiletries. The little details are what makes it stand out. Highly recommended for a visit to Wells.

There was nothing at all we did not like.

Very well equipped and well designed studio, which maximised the space effectively. Centrally located. Easy check in and check out with clear communication. Comfortable bed. Ideal for a short break. Many thoughtful little extras.

A fantastic base for visiting Wells. The open-plan space is a great size, with everything you could need. The hosts have really gone the extra mile with thoughtful complimentary touches and beautifully themed décor. It’s spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and in a fabulous location. The weather was stifling during our stay and the room did become warm. We opened the kitchen window and used the fan that was provided which did help to cool the space. We’d definitely stay again, highly recommended!

This is a lovely studio flat in the heart of Wells. Nicely appointed with a full kitchen. There were some food items left by previous guests and some lovely treats left by the management. It's a perfect place to prepare food and eat in the flat without having to go to restaurants. The flat is ground floor, easy access from the street, secure and quiet. The Hive is located on the High Street with shops and restaurants nearby and a nice old-fashioned pub a few steps away. I would recommend this property to anyone wishing to make a long or short stay in Wells.

The shower was a bit tricky to use and not very strong, but the water was hot and we managed in the end. The room is relatively spacious with lots of furniture but there is little room to leave open suitcases for easy access. This is a common issue in UK hotels and easy to work around this.

Location was perfect, just a short walk to shops and town and Wells is beautiful. The handbook was very helpful, the map of the town was helpful, and the restaurant suggestions very helpful too.

Nice stay, made to feel very comfortable. The bed was the comfiest I’ve slept in away! Nice little touches to keep it in with the name “the hive”

Unfortunately the internet didn’t work so we couldn’t watch tv, but it’s not as if we booked it to stay indoors all day so wasn’t too much trouble

Fantastic studio in the perfect location. We loved everything about our stay and would definitely return.

We couldn't find a hairdryer anywhere, apart from that everything was perfect.
