Skyline View Apartment

Great spacious flat with a good view of the city. Close to Sainsbury's, Aldi and others. Communication from property management was excellent.

Few things could have been better or scope of improvement such as the second bathroom sink needs some work as it's got tatty furniture and kitchen cutlery could be upgraded.

It could be so much better with a little TLC and finishing off, great separate shower room but let down by tatty sink....just touches needed

Good location for us and we could comfortably fit 7. The owner was amazing and went above and beyond by helping us out with laundry in a pinch. He was very responsive to my questions in a timely manner. Several neighborhood restaurants within walking distance. Only 2 miles from Edinburgh Castle and the Royal Mile.

The property was enormous for 2 families. Our kids loved running around and exploring the house. It also has beautiful views of Edinburgh. You can spot the castle and others straight out of the windows. Lovely breeze on the 07th floor. It is also a short bus ride away from the city centre and frequency is good. There is a McD, Aldi, and takeaway places within a 5 min walk from the property.

The property is on the 07th floor. The lift takes you to the 06th floor and then a flight of stairs takes you to the apartment. Entry to the building is also not step free. We had a few big bags and it did feel that we had to work hard to get everyone into the apartment. The property does not have a dishwasher which may have been indicated earlier but we had missed it and ended up doing a fair amount of work.
