Spaciousness and the view.

The lobby area and lack of cleanliness. Mold in bathroom and kitchen. Outside was full of litter. It was an old council tenement block built for low income families. Only recently have some flats been sold onto the private sector. The general area was downbeat, poor and a bit foreboding.

The location was good

The soft furnishings are filthy and smell The carpets are stained The entrance to the property and the lift is filthy and stinks of urine The bath is grubby and mouldy In short it wasn't cleaned We also had someone smoking and sleeping next to our front door during the night. The company has said that they are changing their cleaners in the new year.

Difficult getting into front door of building as key fob box was empty. A young boy let us in and the key box at the flat bad the key for thr door. The fob was in the flat for the front door.

Good size property , everything we needed

Spacious, clean, comfortable accommodation.

Location was interesting. Top floor apartment in a tenement block.

Location, space, and the assistance from the staff was amazing! Would definitely stay again.

Bathrooms could do with a little more in depth cleaning.
