Property inside is very well modern and all the rooms are neat and clean

The building is full of smell like people having weed smoke cigarettes and won’t advise to stay here for families

The apartment was ideal for our group and had everything we needed. It was clean and within walking distance of bus and tram routes and 2 supermarkets.

Good location for our event at Tynecastle. Huge apartment, lovely inside.

Won't lie, the exterior of the property is not reflective of the inside. But once you got inside, it was great. Not a huge fan of 10am check out times but we knew that when we booked. Just feel like 11am leaves you feeling less rushed in the morning.

The flat was very big. The beds were okay. Fresh linen and towels, milk and orange in the fridge were unexpected and a nice surprise. Really near to the train station and some shops.

The location wasn’t very nice and not at all were there ‘stunning views!’ The door lock system was ridiculous! Go to the next door, put some codes in, then back to the black gate to unlock it go through it to a lift that was dirty up to the sixth floor. Get out and walk to the seventh floor. Put some of my phone number in to open the front door which didn’t work. I rang the phone number that was given and the person opened the door from there. There were four keys with fobs hanging up that were much better to use. The place was really dated, miss match furniture randomly placed about. The makeshift sofa bed was filthy. Both bathrooms had mould around the rims of the bath and shower. I noticed that this for sale, hopefully the new owner will smarten it up!

Location, building and access. Elevator went yo floor 6 and we were on 7. Too much money for what we got.

Had a few hiccups but the owner fixed them very quickly and looked after us
