"It was gross but still it was a roof over our heads for the night."

5.0

There was extra parking and multiple rooms

The trash left around the Airbnb (there was a bottle with mold), the stains on the carpets, chairs, bed sheet, comforter, towels, and even stuff on the toilet paper. Didn’t seemed cleaned from the last stay

"Cheap, but low quality. Host was aggressive and angry!"

3.0

The location was a little sketchy for a mom and daughter. I didn't feel at all comfortable walking around after dark.

The host was unkind and aggressive! I wrote to him to mention some of the issues with the property and he wrote back that I was ungrateful and that I had problems. Then, he (wrongfully) accused me of having a party where the police came! The size of the property is nice for the money, but the accomodations are on the low end for sure.. Mismatched towels and dishes, low quality furniture and bedding, etc.

Loved the privacy and location. Very clean and felt safe.

It would’ve been nice to have a tv in at least one of the bedrooms but overall very nice property

A gentlemen name Seth was there when we was arriving and getting checked in and he made us feel welcomed and like we was at home. Talked highly of the owner and told us what was around to eat and do for our weekend stay. Would recommend this place 1000 percent 👍🏽

"Sleep anywhere else!!! We were so disappointed."

3.0

Close to MSU

Where do I begin. First we got there later than expected. We are from California and drove in from Chicago. We rented both units. When we got there we got into one unit perfectly and tried the other and the code did not work. As it was late and we had no where else to sleep we tried the phone number to no avail. When we called Booking.com because we didn’t have the correct code they could not help us. Finally after looking around we found a contact number from the maintenance person and found out they changed the code but no one contacted us. They then acted like it was our fault because we were late. When we walked into both units they had plug ins everywhere, it was overwhelming. We had to unplug them and leave the door open to take out the smell. Once that smell left we realized why. We finally settled in and went to sleep only to be woken up by stomping up and down stairs, women talking and laughing right next to a door that is in one of the bedrooms. This was early, it went on for about 20 minutes, then the wash machine started. They claim it was in the basement but it sounded right next to the door. PLUS BONUS construction, which we were not informed was happening started before 8am. It was loud and shook the house constantly. Well now we are up! Oh wait, I forgot, there was an animal running in the vents. I am positive it was a skunk and I think we scared it because then we smelled skunk in the kitchen. When I contacted the company again he was rude. They got their money and it was graduation at MSU. Next was Saturday, graduation day. Now we experience NO WATER. For hours, Chris the property contact did nothing. Now granted it was not his fault be didn’t call, didn’t bring water so we could flush the toilets, I was panicked as it was graduation day. The only outlet in the bathroom didn’t work! Ants on the kitchen furniture. Old smelly super soft mattresses that we sunk into. We had to go to Meijers to buy pillows.
