Olía a tabaco cuando entramos, sobretodo olía las cortinas. Almohada incomoda para mi gusto

Estaba todo muy limpio y muy cómoda la habitación

Daba un poco de inseguridad al ser un bajo y tener dos ventanas y la puerta sin rejas, muy tranquila la noche pero costó conciliar el sueño por eso

La ubicación y el buen estado del apartamento

Que no fuimos capaces de parar un rato el aire acondicionado.

The studio was cute with a fun design. The studio is VERY well located, close to the metro Pacifico and major attractions, less than a mile away. The neighborhood was quiet day or night. The air conditioning worked GREAT and was quiet! The mattresses were great, including the sofa bed, which was ready when we arrived. The air conditioning had also been turned on, which was great. Instructions were clear and we had no issues finding the studio.

During our stay, we ran into the following issues: 1.I didn't like that it is on the ground floor. As a result, 1: the two large windows give straight onto the street with benches right outside your window, 2: when you open the door, you step straight onto the street, which could be a security concern for some. I didn't feel unsafe, however. 2: communication with the owners. They do not speak English (we had no issues using a translation app, however). We had questions on how to use the cooktop but didn't hear back from them until the next day. One of the frames on the wall half fell during the first night, which gave us quite a fright. I sent an email with pictures to the owners but again, responses were slow to come. 3: The amenities were "just that". The pillows were not good at all (either not too clean or with a "dip" in the middle). The bathroom is tiny but functional, no vent. Basic toiletries were provided. After two people showered, we started getting cold water. No basic cooking items are available except for salt (no oil, no paper towel but some dishsoap for hand washing). There is only dinnerware for four, one pot, one pan, a strainer, a bowl, and the folding table provided for eating didn't stay open, as there was nothing to keep the folding panel propped up. No toaster, dish rack or ironing table are provided, but there was an iron. Just like in the second place we stayed at, there were only two rolls of toilet paper for our two night stay (maybe we were expected to use the "bidet" system?).

There is everything necessary for living.

Very bad WiFi. Not very well washed dishes.

Everything was perfect.

Indipendent unit fairly modern.

The flat is on the street level and all the windows are on the street with very low privacy. There is a coffe machine but no capsules are provided (not sure how people staying one/two days should use it) . The bed is not very comfortable and the apartment did not look very clean when I arrived.
