We appreciate the host’s sense of responsibility and guidance in this regard. The bathroom is private and kept very clean, though it is located across the hallway rather than inside the room. The accommodation is within a family home shared with the hosts and their children, which may suit guests who are comfortable with a homestay-style experience. It almost feels like stepping back into the backpacker era. Free street parking is available on the nearby slope, so there is no need to worry about parking fees. The hosts greeted me and offered me a cup of tea, despite my arriving hours after I had said that I would be there. They showed me into a clean, warm, large room with two closets and a wonderful view of the the neighborhood.
