Muito bem localizado, vários quartos permitindo privacidade para o grupo. Quartos com televisão e ar condicionado.

Os chuveiros variavam muito a temperatura, o apartamento faltou estar equipado para coisas simples, tinha uma cafeteira, mas não sabíamos quais cápsulas utilizar pois fugia das comuns, faltavam alguns utensílios básicos de cozinha, pano de chão, pano de prato, insumos básicos como saco de lixo, detergente poderiam fazer parte do pacote. Os travesseiros eram ruins. Janelas quebradas.

V. Clean. Bathrooms and kitchen were all modern and updated. Excellent central location.

Fantastic location. The house is spacious for our group of 10 people. Each room is very well decorated and the house and bathrooms were very clean. Overall this is a very good home.

The AC was not working initially, however we worked with the host and were able to get it to work. Dishes were not clean so we had to run a dishwasher cycle initially. There were no dishwasher soap pods, we purchased a pack from the nearby grocery store and left back a few for the next group :).

Great location, great value, each person had their own bathroom and very comfortable bed. It was easy to coordinate with the property, etc. Definitely great if you have a group of adults, either friends or work colleagues.

Everything was great, the only challenge was the lack of a big communal space e.g. living room that everyone could come together at. It doesn't diminish the experience.

Location is amazing, nearby the city center and full of nice spots around. The apartment is really spacious, in a calm neighborhood with nice modern rooms. The check-in was smooth and the host was really available to solve any issue we could have had. For groups of friends is the perfect place where to stay in Madrid!

As it’s an apartment for many people it would be needed another pairs of keys.

Well located Spacious rooms Very tidy and clean, with the exception of the floor.

Asked for a kettle before arrival, was told there was one there. There wasn't, promised daily but never turned up. Directed to wrong apartment initially and received abuse as apparently other people keep ringing their apartment. Was met by someone who did not speak any English and therefore we could not get an answer to our questions. I then received an email saying we were in the wrong apartment, which concerned us. Communication was difficult, particularly as we were being contacted by the owner and the management company. Requests were not always responded to.

Service was good. What ever we didn't like was taken up on priority. Excellent apartment and excellent location
