"No electricity and no help from Reception"

The location is good. The locality is safe and secure and silent.

Firstly, after check in everything was good. But next morning at 6 am, the AC can be turned on and other than that nothing is working. I called the reception and they didn't respond initially but after repeated calls a guy received the call and told me that currently no one is available and they can't help. Then again after one hour I called they mentioned that they are sending a technician. Unfortunately, they didn't send and when I approached the reception one guy told me this is the issue they are facing and they can't help. I was surprised when I paid they didn't mention all these and they stepped out with their problems. This property should be took out from booking.com.
