The location

The property was absolutely filthy and stunk of damp and cigarette smoke and strong air freshener. The sofas were black I had to put towels on the sofa so I could sit down. We left as it was so bad, The owner is a scammer I only wish he wouldn’t do this to anyone else. The owner had offered to refund me and now is ignoring my messages, he has completely ruined my 7 year olds holiday, he spent the whole evening crying because it was so filthy. The only clean part was the kitchen area, I’m a single mum and don’t earn alot of money and he rented an overpriced caravan unfit for purpose. The doors and windows don’t shut properly, the mattresses were filthy and stained and really old. The flooring was unstable and dangerous to walk on. Thank god the staff at the site were so lovely and found us somewhere else to stay. They also said they had heard about how bad the caravan was from previous people staying there. I have many pictures and messages to prove how bad it is. He offered to cancel my stay the day before we arrived due to “a previous person causing damage to his floor” but assured us it was safe as he had fixed it. But obviously we had no idea that it was going to be a holiday from hell I do believe he does this a lot and is earning money from this scam. I’m devastated and out of pocket. I have escalated this further

Absolutely spot on from start to finish this place.. smooth check in, brilliant location.. very clean and spacious, value for money.. will defiantly be staying again..

This property took me back to my teenage years had a ps2 with all the old school games a stack of dvds of classics you’d forget about will definitely be booking again

The caravan has a lovely sea view, and if you have kids there's plenty of games and a games console and dvds ect, the lounge is spacious,

On arrival we were nearly run off the horrible windey road to the caravan site, it's a narrow pot holed filled road with lots of traffic so not for people who are nervous drivers, when we found the caravan we were disappointed to see that it was covered with dirt and moss it had cobwebs around the airvents, we opened the loose door and climbed the dangerous poor fit steps, we went inside and the floor creaked, i felt like I was drunk because it all slopes to the right corner, my parents came inside and I went to the toilet, as I stepped near the toilet my foot sunk I thought I'd put my foot through the floor, and the toilet bowl and Cistern moved with it, I was scared to use it after that, the hand basin moves too! As I went to put the kettle on I noticed again that my foot sank in to the floor where it appears a shaggy rug has rather been glued or nailed down to hide the fact the floors are damaged. We went to bed that night around 10ish and was sat up just after midnight with back pain, the beds are pure springs, and the pillows provided were flat, the bedding was fine it seemed clean enough but was a little thin, we saw it had heating in the advert but when we got there it was 2 halogen heaters and a gas fire, tbf the owner offered to bring us more heaters if we needed them, credit to them for that, but it's not ideal in October. The gas fire was dangerous, it was full of fluff and sweet wrappers, I had the fire on full heat and could have easilly burnt up. I took the vaccum cleaner provided and cleaned it out and wiped it clean as it was all dirty. So I dare use it. On the 2nd day my mums chest got bad, and on further inspection I noticed that the walls of their bedroom were covered with black mold I ended up filling a plastic bowl with hot water and using microfiber cloths and bleach they provided to scrub it clean. It was full of cobwebs and spiders too, the kitchen tops a bodge job, and the cupboard near the fridge moves around.

Caravan had lots of facilities like kids toys,Dvd player, Tramplan.

Kichen tab was leaking badly , sofa set in siting room is very old & need to replacement ASAP. Kichen was very clean & tidy
