"Perfectly charming with unexpected touches!"

It was a perfectly charming little home with several little unexpected details that made us feel right at home, like milk in the fridge for our coffee and board games and movies for our family to enjoy. The backyard patio and garden were so special. We absolutely loved our stay!

The stairs were steep, so for some it might be difficult to get luggage upstairs. It was okay for us, though.

Comfortable cottage in an excellent location for Stratford Upon Avon. Well equipped with everything you could need. Pristine throughout.

No designated parking but this wasn’t an issue as the owner issued a permit for the duration of our stay.

The cottage was beautifully decorated and well thought out with everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable with lovely personal touches. The location is perfect for all the local amenities. The owner was super helpful and friendly. Our stay in Stratford was made all the better for staying in this wonderful cottage and would not hesitate to recommend.

"Perfect location for a get together for four school friends"

It was beautifully furnished, cosy and equipped, the fold down bed and second bathroom were particularly useful. The location was perfect; ample parking nearby including a free space and a very short walk to all central places of interest, shops & restaurants, meaning we popped back several times to unload & refuel!

"One of the best home rentals I have experienced"

Judy has done everything possible to make the priperty an ideal stay . Good quality bathrooms beds and kitchen equipment . sort , high thread count sheets , coffee pods and a jug of fresh milk in the fridge . I noticed special tea and a place for the dishwasher tablet ! Plenty of clean matching and good quality glasses , plates and cutlery . The pation garden will be a treat in the summer . Judy also arranged to register my car for on street parking . There is even an umbrella in the hall to borrow . Well done Judy . Thank you for all you did to make this one of my best stays

Dont expect the outside to be more than a simple terraced cottage . Wait till you get inside
