Insta-worthy Loft on Historic Chester Rows, Sleeps 4 & Free Parking

Location, kitchen facilities were good and very clean

Beds were uncomfortable,windows in bedrooms were in poor condition leading to noise from main road

Entrance alley was filthy and grubby and smelt Couldn’t lock the mortise lock from inside and stair carpet was dirty Reading previous reviews it is obvious that these issues haven’t been addressed for some time

Parfait emplacement pour visiter Chester, superbe décoration dans un maison historique et très bien équipé. Le petit-déjeuner est très simple (cornflakes, barres de céréales, petits pains industriels, lait, jus d'orange, thé/café) mais suffisant.

Les fenêtres étant anciennes, l'isolation phonique est mauvaise. Mais la rue était calme dès 21h environ. L'entrée de l'immeuble est sale, pas du tout à la hauteur de ce bel appartement, mais c'est un détail.

It’s got loads of character- definitely had money spent in the past to get it into the style it currently is.

Entrance is very dingy and smells of urine, neighbouring flats have bin bags outside the doors. (Would not feel safe as a lone female accessing the property) The property is in urgent need of repairs. Windows had no safety restrictors (unsafe for small children). Property Fire alarm detached from the wall. The bedroom throws and decor pillows urgently need washing. Paid extra for late checkout to see the cleaner arrive outside the property ready to clean at standard check out time with no clue of our late time. I slipped off the stairs in the entrance with my small child- they may need anti slip treatment.

Fantastic location. Lovely shower room. The bedding and towels were clean. The windows opened well, as it was hot during our stay.

Insta-worthy? More champagne lifestyle on a beer budget. The stairs and entrance area were filthy. Once inside, our attention was drawn to hanging wires and a fire point hanging off the wall. The bedroom door and toilet door had not been cleaned and were.finger marked. The lintel of the blue bedroom had damaged metal, presenting a possible trip hazard.The throws on the beds were also stained. The toilet door could NOT be locked. The description on the website needs altering as there IS NOT a microwave or a fan, and looking back now at previous reviews, this has been the case for some time. As a practical point ...Instructions could have been provided for the TV, and the parking space could have been marked. Also, the parking is not secure as the gates are open 24/ 7. The Internet was poor. I haven't posted some of the photos I took.

Location of the property was excellent. Spacious bedrooms and well equipped kitchen Free parking also conveniently a 5 min walk

The outside was dirty, the fire alarm in the property was having off. Nothing insta worthy about the apartment
