We spent 4 unforgettable days in this beautiful house; Carol’s hospitality and care for everything were excellent, we all felt like at home, all you need is there! The location is strategic, it's easy reaching any point in the city centre, we used the public buses without any problem. For sure this is the place I would recommend.

Friendly hosts, the communication was both ways constructive and supportive, the premises clean and comfortable. A nice place to stay for an Edinburgh visit. Thank you!

Based on public reviews, the area is not very desirable, but there were no issues encountered during the stay. Didn't feel unsafe or anything like that, would totally recommend.
