Good breakfast and nice rooms

The tub was a bit warped and finish was chipped

I love the location and easy access to the hospital as we have been coming to stay for my daughter's doctor's appointments.

Our first room appeared to have been recently under renovation and as soon as I got my daughter laid down she needed the toilet and it would not flush. We had to move all of our things we had unpacked to a different room. In the new room there were cobwebs on the ceiling and when we went in the restroom there was a fresh paint paper taped to the shower. It was obvious the room was not quite ready and as we were staying for a procedure at the hospital it was unsettling to know the room may have not been completely cleaned before we went in. But I did not say anything because I was focused on caring my daughter.

Other than kids running in the hallway, the room was quiet and comfy

The trash bags were just hanging on the trashcan not placed in the trashcan and there wasn't anywhere to place Phone or anything other than between beds when laying down.

Good coffee, but it needed, mechanical attention often, so it was out of service at times n

There were no cups in the room and only two large towels for the room.

Very quiet and comfortable. Nice beds. Staff were exceptional! Thank you Kumar for running such a great hotel. Shelton was amazing too as were all your staff! Great hot breakfast! Keep up the great work!
