"Non existent. Spoilt our stay in leicester"

No private parking as stated in the advert. Host was rude and told us we would have to park in the supermarket or on street parking . Put us on hold on the telephone then shouted at us accusing of cutting her off when we hadn't. Didn't feel comfortable with the wayshe spoke so didn't stay . Was not refunded . Waste of time and money

It had good and safe parking Owner met me and was very helpful Room was basic and still good for the price
