"Great property, will book again for future dance competitions."

Perfect location. 10 minute drive to kings hall/city centre where a dance competition was being held. Property was clean and quiet with onsite parking. Added bonus of having kitchenette and shared kitchen to utilise during stay.

There was no covers on the pillows.

"Shocking"

Before arriving told we could make use of fully stocked kitchen and reviews online say about food being fully stocked in the main kitchen. Confusing for people booking suggests you may use some food from a fully stocked kitchen. Room was smaller than advertisement although we didn't actually know what room we were getting no pictures of specific room. Nice furniture

Broken glass all over the floor although can't check in til 4pm not cleaned well. Stains of drink all down the wall hole in the wall bathroom smells of weed (room 205 don't stay in it ! Horrible residents and the property only cares about who pays the most money ! This review if doesn't get posted I will all ove the internet as people need to know. Will never book again

"Excellent and plan to return."

Comfortable, clean, quiet and low fuss.

The complete lack of staff I saw, with only interaction via messages for key codes. That alone is OK but made me a little extra paranoid about forgetting my phone in the room as I have no idea what I could have done to get in touch with anyone

3 flights of narrow steep stairs. Corporate apartment with difficult check in process.

"Good room/location but staying was stressful due to lack of heating/hot water"

Room was really nice and comfortable. Perfect for two of us for a short get away

Went a day without heating or hot water in the middle of October and struggled to get it sorted
