It was clean

It was too cold. My radiator didn’t work and despite my calls they never repaired it.

Amazing room, bed was very comfy. Loved the heat when I walked in and the bath was so nice! I will definitely be coming back.

It says soundproofing but I could hear next doors music and sometimes when they spoke, It was in the evening so wasn’t too bad! Everything else was perfect 👍🏼

The location of the facilities was convenient, being close to where I needed to be, and there was a supermarket nearby. After a few hours of my arrival, I was moved to a different room due to a "misunderstanding," which I appreciated.

I had booked a room with a kitchenette, but instead, I was given a basic room without even a kettle. Although there was a shared big kitchen, I would have preferred my own small corner. I was kindly moved to another room, which had a kettle, toaster, and microwave but no sink other than the one in the bathroom (which was better than nothing). Unfortunately, the noise made it difficult to sleep. I could hear doors slamming, footsteps upstairs, and people doing laundry late into the night until 2 AM. Additionally, the touchpad doors, which require a code to enter, created more noise with the beeps, as I could hear others entering and exiting their rooms. Overall, I found it impossible to get any rest during my stay.

Great decor, lovely big bath tub and modern shower

The entire downstairs was a building site, bowls were tiny, bed was uncomfy and pillows were quite flat. For what looked like a newly renovated building, it needs work as there were a lot of cracks and chipped paint in our room
