Very clean and the bathroom was amazing I loved it. Very spacious. Very close to an Aldi literally less than a 5 minute walk

I wish there was drying mats for the washing up & some tea towels to dry my hands

Easy to find, clean, good amenities, huge bathtub, big TV, free parking. Good restaurants and lots of shops in the area.

Longton is not the nicest place to be, carpark was too full sometimes, noisy street. Firealarm went off multiple times at 9am once. (Smoke alarm in kitchen?)

The room was sold as ensuite and it was not ensuite the bathroom was across a public hall and there were no coffee cups in the room .The bathroom although not in my room which was a problem it was very clean and a very good standard

My fault that I hadn't read in detail the plentiful information sent prior to arrival and hadn't pre registered my car details. Sent straight away and attempted to contact the out of hours helpline but no response so moved the car a few streets away.

Size of the room the entrance decoration and the clean large kitchen with all things that you would need. I like the fact that we had a big bath in our room and big windows that opened.

Only one tea cup in our room with no spoon for the tea, not enough towel for two pll when staying for a weekend, not enough toilet tissue also we had a loose toilet seat.

Rooms are very fresh and tastefully decorated. Smart TV in my room and access to a fully equipped kitchen.
