The building itself is beautiful inside — very clean, modern, and well-organized. Everything feels well-maintained and thoughtfully designed, which creates a great first impression and a comfortable atmosphere during the stay. The location is also quite good — it’s just outside the city centre of Stoke-on-Trent, so it feels a bit more peaceful while still being right next to a busy road, making it easy to get around. The room was stylish and cozy, with a comfortable bed and a layout that made good use of the space. It was well-equipped and felt clean and welcoming, which made it easy to settle in and enjoy the stay..

Accessing the building was a bit tricky at first — since entry is done via passcode, I had to wait a while to get in on the first few occasions. The room was uncomfortably warm during a particularly hot week, and unfortunately, there was no fan provided, which made it harder to relax. Another point is that the room faces a busy street and the windows aren’t soundproofed. After 7 a.m., it became nearly impossible to sleep due to the constant noise of traffic and heavy vehicles passing by. Parking was also an issue. The spaces inside the building are limited, and whenever I arrived, there were no spots available. On the first night, I had to park beside the building, and on the last night, I had to leave the car across the street.

I was unable to obtain enter to the property upon arrival. Having then found out from a very rude customer service operator I have to fill a form in, which I couldn’t down load. After faffing around room very small, only 2 sashes of coffee for a 2 night stay. No teaspoons to stir coffee ( did look in communal area, this is an area where long term lodgers use to cook/eat).. Found out my private bathroom had gunk on titles (yuk) and was being used by someone else… Over all, it was a hard work, dirty and facilities poor. STAY AWAY

I really didn't want to upload a negative review but after the response from Management I felt I had no choice. I am sure they will response by denying it all. Please look at photos and videos. Decor of property is lovely and if Management dealt with issues correctly it wouldn't have got to this.

Room was dirty on arrival. 2 windows didnt lock properly so noise from road was horrendous. In very hot weather there are no fans or AC so you can choose between noise from busy road or be too hot. I told Management and they didnt apologise and very obviously didn't care. Workmen came over and said the windows were faulty, the Management then sent me a message saying windows are fine and they will tell booking.com that. This is not true. Do not risk wasting your money as if there is a problem they don't care. An apology and trying to resolve the issues rather than denying it and having an attitude of have stopped me needing to do such a negative review. I left a night early and booked another hotel as this was genuinely the worst managed place I have ever stayed in. LOOK AT THE PICTURES AND VIDEOS.

Customer service. There was a problem with the room which the staff remediated quickly, out of hours. Communications were fast and friendly. A solution was arrived at quickly.
