It's a Corner unit with cool City Skyline views!

When we finally located the apartment we discovered it was in a rather unsavory neighborhood. We called your contact person for assistance about where we were supposed to park our car. We were told behind the building but there was no designated spot. There were numerous commercial sized trash bins lined up and several signs saying no parking or you will be towed. The entire time we were trying to decide what to do we were being watched by some suspicious looking characters. We were also told we could park on the street, but no spots were available. He also said we could go to a public parking lot, but i cannot walk distance plus we had all our belongings to carry. Your handyman was supposed to come to assist us but he never came, nor did he even call. My 12 yo grandson was scared and started to cry. Your advertisement that parking is available was very misleading. Had we known the circumstances of location we never would have booked with you. This is about the third time I have contacted you with my displeasure with the reservation. We were forced to find other accommodations at 9 PM on a Friday night in DC. it was a totally stressful incident for my entire family. Because of the misrepresentation of this apartment's location I expect a full refund. I look forward to your positive response.

We booked this property for 2 nights but left after only 1 due to a persistent and overwhelming smell of marijuana coming through the stairwell or possibly the ventilation system. We contacted the host immediately, who acknowledged the issue and promised to send someone — but that didn’t happen until very late in the evening, when we had no other choice but to stay the night. We never received any confirmation that the issue had been addressed, and we felt uncomfortable and unsafe staying any longer. Unfortunately, the host refused to refund the unused night, despite our early departure and the fact that the environment was not as described or acceptable. The listing gave no indication that this could be a concern, and the experience did not reflect the expectations set on the platform. We would not stay here again.

Tidiness, cleanness and equipped with absolutely all needed. Safe third floor

It’s relatively close to not quite proper neighborhood, but that’s avoidable.

It was a nice space and clean with the exception of the trash in the hallway.

The location is right in a heavily populated drug neighborhood. There were guys outside hanging out hanging around and watched us Everytime we left the building. It was a bit unnerving.

Beautiful apartment and the host was great, checked in with us over the course of our stay. It’s walking distance to the smart car service, bus service, and shops.

It is very loud in the evenings - loud vehicles going up and down the street and partying outside in the street - and the area felt a bit unsafe at night time. However our safety was never compromised.
