Glamorous Getaway - Heart of the Viaduct 'Quays'

Location and facilities were very good, including the view. The shower pressure was great. Responses to queries from the hosts were very good from the time of booking.

Need a hairdryer in both bathrooms. Kitchen supplies such as paper towel and a sink plug weren't available. Outdoor furniture needs replacing. A few repairs are needed throughout.

Loved the position close to everywhere we wanted to walk to without a car. Lots of restaurant choices, views of the water to enjoy when at home. Very secure. Modern and clean. Recommend Soul, White and Wong for places to eat. Book for waterfront seats. Enjoyed the sunset dinner cruise with Explore.

On a weekend can be a little noisy at night due to the music from nearby bars.

Nice apartment, well presented and great view over the viaduct.

Very convoluted check in process both online and at the apartment block - too easy to get locked out of the place. No coffee machine.

Bit short on tea & coffee supplies etc. No plug for kitchen sink?

Access control system kept rebooting and not recognising QR code. Not the only people that had this issue.

تعامل سبى جدا جدا من قبل السيده التي تتصل بها حيث لا تزودك في اي معلومات بسرعه… اثاث قديم جدا ومتهالك … ازعاج من الخارج لا يوجد عوازل جيده لا تستطيع النوم حتى الصباح … لا يتم ارجاع التأمين وهو مبلغ مرتفع قريب من قيمه الايجار …. يوجد اختلاف في مبلغ موقف السياره عن ما تشاهده في بوكنق… الوصل للموقف صعب جدا ولا يتم مساعدتك من قبل السيده …. لا انصح به ابداً
