Glamorous Getaway - Heart of the Viaduct 'Quays'

Loved the location, and the spaciousness of the apartment. The beds were very comfortable.

Check in cumbersome. Keys needed to be collected offsite, in an unmanned hallway. Parking at the pickup location was difficult and the location tricky to find, The apartment is tired and needs renovation.

Great location and good view of the viaduct

The second bathroom, the bathroom would leak when showing onto the bathroom floor. And the drain under the sink in the same bathroom leaked. The couches were not that comfortable to sit on as it felt like a spring had popped out of the brown leather couch.

Location fantastic all facilities within walking distance, to all types of entertainment, eating places, art and culture.Great views and vibe on the quay.

The fact they refusing to return bond

The location overlooking the Viaduct was ridiculous... right in the heart of it all. Despite the activity below, the noise was minimal with all windows closed. Very light and airy, well-furnished, great balcony access.

Second shower has a gap in the door which results in water all over the floor. Despite staying for nine days, only given one trash bag and would've had to pay for more. We just bought our own. Same with toilet paper.
