I Don't think it's value for money

Good location for getting places. Good room layout & views. Nice bedding & good kitchen etc Good communication & easy parking etc.

There was a plumping issue in the bathroom, which caused the bathroom floor to be covered in water & dripping water all night kept us awake. Was not a new issue either as there was already a bowl under the sink to catch the drips, it just wasn't big enough! Quite noisy from bars etc close.

Great location and very nicely decorated apartment. It was perfect for our short stay in the city. Very handy to restaurants.

Location was good

Property is poorly managed by the host Annabelle. Door handle is almost coming off the hinges , beds are very uncomfortable and mattress must be replaced. Place is very close to very noisy pubs/restaurants, so good luck with sleeping. I was asked to pay $90 for parking for two nights in cash to avoid extra bank charges and which I have paid , no issues. As I trusted that it would be part of process. I have also paid $350 bond and it is being a week the I haven’t received any money back despite requesting via text and calls are not answered by Annabelle. I would highly recommend booking.com to look into it asap .
