The location was fab! Cottage was lovely and clean and quaint

There was no microwave, which made making our porridge pre marathon quite difficult

Le quartier est parfait pour visiter Brighton et the Lane. Près du Royal Palace et du Palace Pier. Supermarché tout près et parking à 2 min, très pratique . Le pub à côté est très sympa. Le Cottage est très joliment décoré . Produits de beauté et jeux de société à disposition, un plus!

La vaisselle n’était pas très propre, ainsi que la machine à laver la lessive et la bouilloire pleine de calcaire. Si vous êtes sensible au bruit, le cottage n’est pas très bien insonorisé.

A little gem in the heart of Brighton. Ideally situated for town and the seafront just a short 15 -20 min walk . This cottage had everything needed and was definitely a home from home with all the comforts you need. Decorated to a high standard and very modern throughout. The shower is massive and the kitchen had everything needed for the stay. Nice little outside area of the weather permits. The beds are so comfy aswell !!. Will definitely be staying again.

Not a dislike just an observation that might help future bookers ... A positive was a parking space but would say if you have a bigger car (I have a Tucson ) then it is very very tight. Managed to park it ok, with help from 2 people at either side guiding me in but did scrape my car getting out on a bollard so please take care if parking in allocated parking with a large car. I would also say the downstairs loo and steep stairs might not be ideal if you have someone elderly in your party or small children . Other than this there was nothing negative to say about the property. It's lush.
