It took a few days to get the dogs to relax but after that it was dreamy

Very cosy cottage. Superb location. Everything you could need for a stay in Brighton. Parking v handy. Clean and the facilities were great.

Noise through the night from the footpath outside front door and the doors don’t shut properly in the bedrooms so had to wedge a shoe behind it so it didn’t swing open all the time

Super cute cottage. Facilities are fantastic and have everything you need and of a high standard. Beds super comfortable and quality pillows duvets and covers. Check in easy. Host on hand for anything you need. Parking spot is very convenient. Great location within walking distance to Lanes, pier, high street and beach!

The Location was great, loved the decor and the added detail to the stay, from the games baskets, to the samples left to try.

Sofas were a little uncomfortable and shame the parking was not included in the price of the accommodation, had to pay on top.

The location is excellent. Really near the station, and also parking is available for a very reasonable fee. The cottage is lovely. Everything you need for a break away is provided. The communication from the owners is also excellent. The Tropic products available are a nice touch. Comfy beds, and quality bedding. We slept soundly. Everything you could want is available on the doorstep. Fab coffee shop just next door, and the pub two doors down is very friendly. Highly recommend the cottage.

It was very cold when we stayed so we didn't have the windows open, however I would imagine it can get noisy in the summer which is something to bear in mind. The stairs are typical English cottage stairs and not for those less able. Parking is tight, so if you have a larger car the public car park 5 mins walk away may be a better option than the owners space. You can walk everywhere so you dont need to use your car much anyway.

Loved everything about this place, booked last min for out anniversary and my wife loved it
