North Laine Sunny Cottage - PARKING available

Loved the location, the decor and the layout. Communication by the owners was first class. The pub next door served just what we wanted in terms of food and drink, post our rugby match at the AmEx stadium, and the atmosphere was delightful. Once we'd got our bearings - and a handle on the one-way system - the parking was easy and close by. We would certainly go again.

We didn't appreciate that the house was in a narrow lane, inaccessible to vehicles, so locating it took a little longer than necessary to offload our bags. My mistake for not writing down the name of the road before setting off!

Beautiful little place in an excellent location.

Location was excellent. Cafe, Pubs, Bakeries, Station all very close. Landlord messaging very clear.

Parking was tight (though Landlord warned us of this in advance)

The location was good, only 5 mins from station.

The children’s beds were not suitable, a larger person would have struggled more, would not have wanted to have spent another night on them.

Close to the city and pub.

Need rubber mat for shower as we are elderly peoples and there is no hand rails but otherwise all is excellent. Love the cottage.

Location was perfect. The property was nicely done and had everything we needed. Confortable beds, a great shower and lovely toiletries. It was perfect for myself and my two teenage daughters and our dog.

We found it hot to sleep even with a window open.

Great location, couldn't ask for better. Very nice interior and all the facilities and amenities you'd want.

External noise, just due to the location being in a popular area.

Cette petite maison, pleine de charme, bien équipée, joliment décorée est au centre de Brighton. Le confort est parfait, la terrasse sur le toit est un plus. Situé dans le centre de Brighton, il est possible de découvrir Brighton à pieds. Restaurant et pubs sont à proximité. Le parking (associé à cette maison) est indispensable, sous peine de devoir se garer lion de la maison. Merci aux hôtes.

Great place - perfect for four of us. Cosy and comfortable property and so close to the North Laines shopping areas and cool local bars and restaurants.

The property was a great quirky little cottage which we loved and we had a brilliant time here, it was clean, in a great location and had everything we needed. The communication from the hosts was excellent and we had no issues. We would definitely stay here again thank you for everything.
