The flat looks nice only on the photos. It was the worst experience ever. I'm a regular traveller, I have visited many places in the world but this flat was EXTREMELY dirty. First time in my life my friends and I had such a bad experience. The whole trip was a birthday surprise for one of our friends. We paid 1900€ for staying in such a HORRIBLE flat. We arrived very late in the evening. As we entered the flat we saw beds in awful condition, bathrooms were dirty (brown marks on the tiles, mold, toothpaste in a mug, brown marks on the toilet, dust everywhere, hair on the tap). Both bathrooms were in poor condition. Not only were they dirty, but they are run down and in poor condition for "a penthouse" for this price. Water pressure is EXTREMELY low. We visited many restaurants and places in Malta and this flat was the ONLY place with such a low water pressure. Moreover, in one bathroom there is a bath with no curtain or glass. When you take a shower everything is wet. The terrace is big but it was also very dirty. Dust on the table, cups, rubbish. The owner of the flat wrote that this rubbish is from the construction. But during our 5-night stay we didn't have any more rubbish. Nobody cleaned this flat before our arrival. Someone just changed the sheets and that was it. But everything else was dirty. I contacted the owner immediately, sent him all the photos and informed him about the condition of the flat. He answered straightaway that the cleaner would come the following day. The next morning the cleaner came and Neil (the owner) said that I should tell the lady where she should clean. I mean...?! I should be her supervisor? The flat is dirty and needs thorough cleaning!!! Kitchen fronts, extractor hood, glasses, plates, kitchen utensils - everything was dirty. The lady has no cleaning experience. She wanted to finish after 1h. When I showed her other dirty places in the flat, she stayed 2h longer. But it wasn't enough.

Location is water front and handy for local bars, with a nice view of the harbour. Unfortunately due to large scale construction works above and to the sides of the apartment we were unable to enjoy it due to falling debris and concrete dust

Heavy construction work Monday to Saturday, woken around 5am every morning from SDS drilling, banding and angle cutting noises. Owner said at weekends they don’t work so we decided to stay the Friday night and that builders start at 7am weekdays but this proved not the case. Owner Refused any refund - pursuing via Barclaycard and Booking.com

The view is amazing. The apartment is spacious. Excellent location. Easy access to bus and ferry. Lots of good local restaurants and cafes.

Обзавеждането е старо и овехтяло. Някои от пердетата се разпадат. Филтрите на климатиците са изключително мръсни, наложи се сам да ги почистя (само в едната спалня). От съседният строеж постоянно влизат боклуци. Някои от кърпите бяха доста захабени. Едната тераса беше неизползваема с паднали боклуци и се пълнеше с вода от запушен сифон.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment in Sliema! The highlight was definitely the fantastic view from the balcony — perfect for relaxing mornings and beautiful sunsets. The location is excellent, with easy access to both bus routes and the ferry, making it very convenient to explore the area and nearby attractions. A great choice for anyone looking to enjoy comfort, views, and connectivity. Highly recommended!

Small comment - the water pressure in the bathroom could be a bit better.

The location is truly excellent and the apartment is spacious and very comfortable. The view of Valletta is absolutely magical, especially at night.

There were a few small things missing initially, but after we informed Neil, he responded quickly and resolved everything without delay.

Super Lage, ruhig im 9. Stock, viele Buslinien und Fähren in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Viele Restaurants. Toller Blick auf Hafen und Valletta. Sehr viel Platz. Gut für Urlaub mit Freunden geeignet. Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit.
