Tree Top Cabin with Private Hot Tub

Very quiet and tranquil. Beautiful setting

Wasn’t the cleanest. Dirty used eye lashes and kitchen utensils not cleaned properly from previous guests. Very cold in the night as windows didn’t close properly. Bathroom door didn’t close either was warped.

Secluded peace and quiet amongst the forest, will definitely go back xx

We loved how peaceful and quiet it was. We liked that there was no internet so we could spend everyday talking, but it would have been good to know there was no internet before we got there. It looks beautiful with the fairy lights outside over the hot tub and was cute and cozy for us all :D If we go back we would definitely go back in the summer months as the winter was just too cold. It was nice to get back to nature and just enjoy time just us two and the dog, just make sure you take activities with you for the evening, we took games and paintings.

There were not plug sockets to charge our phones, which although we didn't need them in the cabin, when we went to put something in the satnav or play music we couldn't because they had no charge. There was no fridge to keep anything cold, there was a cool box, however, because we needed the fire on all the time the ice melted making it all wet. There was no hot water, which didn't matter for making drinks because you had to take your own water, but for the shower it was freezing! The cooker was one camping stove which means we weren't able to cook multiple things at a time, leaving part of our dinner cold. This was a really beautiful place to stay but it is really for people who love being outdoors and exploring. I like doing a bit of both but I am definitely more of a person who doesn't want to cook every night and wants a relaxing stay. My partner is opposite and loves doing everything and being outdoors and camping, which is what it was like.

Absolutely beautiful location. The cabin was so cute just like a little hobbit home. The mattress and bedding where fantastic quality. Super comfortable.

The general layout of the outdoor space... so the picnic bench was behind the cabin.. would have been so much nicer if it was at the front, the decking around the cabin was tiny and you had to duck and dive to navigate it. You couldn't sit on the deck in summer with a glass of wine it's just too small and no seating other than the bed or the picnic bench which is behind the cabin is available. And the fact the picnic bench was behind the cabin didn't really make an ideal set up for being social with your partner. The tub took ages to light and get warm, unlike the jacuzzi cabins you have to light these yourself. We didn't get any instructions until we got there. Which meant going out again to the shops a fair bit of a drive. This wouldn't be a problem normally but you can't light the log burner or hot tub and leave it to warm up. So have to ensure you have everything before you start lighting things. Of course as this was our firat time and we didnt know this and didnt get the instructions till we was already there. A lesson for next time. This meant we couldn't start the hot tub until about 5ish and by then it was pitch black and there is no outside lighting. By the time the hot tub was half warm about 8ish the weather was too horrendous to use it. So we lit it got it half warm and couldn't use it. I personally wouldn't stay again for just one night, by the time you get everything lit and ready to use its generally really late and you have to be out at 10am the next day. A few days would be better to give you time to use the facilities you are paying for.

Remoteness, complete quiet. In a little world of your own

Bathroom was quite moldy, needed, some kind of heat. Hot tub didn't warm up enough even after 3 hrs, I amagine good in summer not winter

Great location if you want to get back to nature. Cabin incredibly warm and cosy. Woke up to lovely view of the streams and the sheep moving through. Would deffo come back in summer.
