Tree Top Cabin with Private Hot Tub

The cabin was not clean ,the boiler for hot water in the shower did not work ,their was no gas in the one burner cooker ,the bathroom was mouldy and the smell was intense since my stay.i have had a bad chest of the two cup’s one had a handle missing. The hot tub on the decking has a broken safety guard (that is meant to prevent serious burns from the burner): the decking is sagging under the hot tub, the cooler box was not there the fire extinguisher for cooking fires was missing . There was a guest instruction booklet which was completely empty, the photos used to advertise the property were obviously taken when the-property was brand new and is not a true likeness of the property now. It is deceiving and should not be allowed . I paid £135 a night, I feel I have been completely overcharged for the accommodation, it ruined our break to wales.

Nothing as we didn't have a holiday.. as we got carbon monoxide poisoned

- location was nice, peaceful and bed was comfy

- shower drainage not good so the shower actually leaked into the bathroom. The bathroom was very damp, the smell was strong and underneath the sink was damp.. wouldn't go back again really just because of how damp the bathroom was and how much the shower leaked.. had to use the small towels provided to soak up the water.

Absolutely amazing place, so peaceful and relaxing. The hot tub was brilliant can't believe how warm it gets, we had to put cold water in to cool it down abit. Can't wait to come back had the best time. Lovely little place.

On the whole the cabin was nice , however there was no fridge and the shower room definately needed a revamp

Lovely location, beautiful scenery. It was peaceful and very relaxing

Not entirely the owners fault but the previous guests that had stayed must have had a dog, upon arrival the bedding was covered in dog hairs which after a call was changed within an hour, however there was still dog hairs on the floor which got on to anything you put down. Due to allergies it was lucky we had antihistamine with us. Other than that the place was lovely and would return.
