My bed was comfortable, and the location was great.

The bathroom smell was atrocious. The wall had recently been plastered (roughly) and the plaster was still wet. In the kitchen the tea and coffee were in open packets, and should be in sealed containers. Only raw sugar and it was hard in the jar. Fortunately we didn't need it. There was only one teatowel and no dishcloth. The food store had tomato sauce in a container dripping sauce around the top and another container was sticky on the bottom. We didn't look further. Various timbers had been touched up but were roughly done with paint on other surfaces. A very amateur look and not worth $100 a night.. My friend's bed was hard. My pillows were all too soft. Most areas were clean but some were not. Rubbish under a cupboard in the kitchen which you could see when sitting down. And the food jars! One of the chairs is very ricketty,, and likely to collapse. The folding screen doors in the bathroom are not very good. If they are still working on the place they need to finish before letting out again. That smell!

Warning Dont Stay! here Host absolutely horrible. Party House I just got out of emergency decided to have a peaceful rest in Johnsonville. My usual Accommodation was booked so I booked this nightmare. I booked in decided to go shopping for food came back my parking spot gone a woman glaring at me didint speak English well. I said excuse me are you the owner she said yes I said did I pay for parking she said yes Its there I said then who's that car she said mine and kept taking washing down. That's not all she drilled me on my visitors who are they no parties well We know that she should of told the ones up top. my gosh I walked away waited inside until she moved. No apology. That evening running jumping stomping loud all afternoon untill early morning. dominoes order 11.30 pm knocked on our door woke us top Accomadation laughing thought it was a funny it was theres. I had enough by 1pm messaged host. When you have a large group of 6 adults and kids staying above you can hear everything. They were having a party Lol. Anyway host messaged them and the next day they decided to play up and invited mre family around parked in front of my accomadation had conversations with people upstairs while standing at my front door. Cars in and out all day very unsettling situation. I paid for 4 nights and left after first night Host refused refund for remaining days. Well you learn some lessons about people. Beds uncomfortably Damp and wet bottom flat Flies old thin linen towels 3 only no spare no face cloths Shampoo filled with water Dirty windows broken Room very stuffy. Jug electrical hazard I told her didint care. I am a very reasonable person but it was unsettling and horrible if I could I would mark Zero.

The price was good for a two bedroom place to stay for the night. It had cooking facilities also so can help with keeping costs down by cooking and not going out to eat.

Cant be helped the design of the house means there are a few edges where you need to be mindful to lift you feet to step up or down from. The beds could be more comfortable but were good for one nights stay.

The car access was up a long narrow driveway and with other vehicles was extremely difficult to park. Access to the main bedroom was hindered by a bed in the lounge room leaving only 40cm to squeeze through, large step up to bathroom, smaller step from lounge room to kitchen. The information about the premises was scarce with no instruction re unlabeled power switch for washing machine nor any information regarding the TV which did not have local stations. Also, whilst having a washing machine there were no pegs and the clothesline was up old steps and on very uneven concrete. There was a unit upstairs and you could hear people moving about. Overall, the photos did not reflect the reality of this premise.
