The layout of the house, the pool, the house was comfortable, the nice neighborhood and the great location.

Some of the blinds at the sliding doors were missing so there was no privacy at nights when the lights are on in the home.

That it was on Windsor Palms where we had owned a new build for 10 years

It was dirty, alarm on main door to pool was missing and wiring left exposed, the two kitchen worktops were infested with minute insects, I could go on but have plenty of photos of problems.

Location and community area on the property

*When we first got there, my family's name wasn't even on the guest list, so the guards at the gate had to assist me with tracking the owners down. That was a headache b/c no one was answering the phone, we were blocking traffic all after driving 6.5 hours. *Once we were finally allowed to enter the property, the kids changed into their swim attire and went straight to the house's pool and played. It wasn't until after they got out that I noticed the pool looked cloudy (there's no light outside near the pool like the surrounding houses). The next morning that's when we discovered the Pool filtration system wasn't working. The filter basket that goes inside the filter system wasn't even installed, it was just lying on the ground. The pool was cloudy and full of bugs for the entire stay (my family couldn't enjoy the pool) *The house stayed hot during the day and evening. The house didn't cool down until late at night. Temp set to 77 but inside temp was 82 all day until around 9 pm when it started cooling off. *Ants in the kitchen, pantry, and master bathroom. I had to go buy Raid bug spray, Clorox cleaning spray, and Lysol. *The refrigerator was leaking and not getting cold nor was it freezing any of the items in the freezer. *The dish detergent bottle barely had any in it, so I had to go purchase some. *The washing machine made an extremely loud noise and was almost about to walk out of the house while on the spin cycle. *The garage game room didn't have any type of cooling system. It was extremely hot inside the garage. We could've kept the garage door open but that would've made the house even hotter. (Another area of the house that my family could not enjoy) *Blinds were dusty and extremely dirty and some were even broken *Hair all over the place... in beds, shower, sinks, floor, couch, towels.

We loved the fact that it was a secured gated community. It was a gorgeous Villa with a private pool and everything you could need!!! It was extremely clean and in a perfect location!

We really didn’t like the fact that we had to keep calling about the air conditioning. At one point it was 81 degrees in the house. Also we had to have the maintenance man come out to fix the fan on the Lanai because it was about to fall (but he was funny and really nice)! They gave us numbers to call property management but they would go right to voicemail so I would have to leave messages. They did call back. I believe they track the AC temps and change them. When I explained that I have a seizure condition and I had had a seizure from it being to hot in there they told us to put it back down (we had it down in the first place, but somehow it got put back up)! When I did it finally got cool and wasn’t touched again. That’s really the only issue we had with the property. If they can fix that it would be perfect.

On arrival day, I followed the instructions provided and attempted to contact the listed phone numbers by leaving a voicemail and sending a WhatsApp message. Unfortunately, I did not receive a response or call back as expected. At the gate, we were unable to enter because the system had information for a different guest. I contacted the property manager via phone and text to resolve the issue. After approximately 30 minutes, we were granted access. Adding the rest of our family members—who were arriving in separate vehicles—also proved difficult. Although we had clearly communicated the correct number of cars and their estimated arrival times, we were told at the gate that the number of vehicles needed to be adjusted. The owner eventually intervened and had them added to the guest list. When we entered the house, we were immediately met with an unpleasant odor, similar to that of a property that has been closed and unused for an extended period. The main reason we rented this home was for the pool, so we checked that first. It was in extremely poor condition—dirty and clearly unmaintained. I reached out to the property manager again with photos, sending multiple messages since Friday, as well as both on Saturday and Sunday. However, no one came to clean the pool during our stay. Aside from an initial response on Friday, there was no further communication. We decided not to use the property pool due to the cloudiness of the water even when using the net to clean it up. The kitchen appliances were in very poor condition. The coffee maker was filthy, and both the microwave and stove/oven were rusted, dusty, greasy, and stained. The twin size beds were really uncomfortable. Hard mattresses that even the kids were complaining about. We also could not allow our children to use the playroom, as one of the tables was unstable and falling apart.
