"Good but needs some TLC"

The property was comfortable and the location was good

The communication between ourselves and the host was poor. When we had an issue we didn’t hear back for hours. The pool floor was dirty. Lack or cleaning products in the villa. One of the bedroom doors had an issue with the lock.

Everything was over and beyond loved it.

The cleaning lady was very rude. Came to the house banging on the door and yelling you got to get out i have to clean.

"Very nice house for holiday!"

Very nice location, closed to Disneyland, not far from AHR expo center. The area around is very nice and quiet, people around is very friendly. Super large house with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a swimming pool at the backyart, and it is very warm just like home.

The instruction on locking the door is wrong, but i manage to do it by myself.

The place is spectacular, the location is very good and all the attractions are within easy reach. The house has everything you need and we enjoyed it. The check-in process was simple and uncomplicated We will certainly recommend it to our friends and next time we will come back.

The house could use some improvement. The curtains in the living room and dining room should be changed. The mattresses of the single beds should be changed, they were not comfortable. I reiterate that we were very happy and we will repeat next time, thank you and I hope the comments will be useful.

"Superb"

My family and I enjoyed the spacious home and location. It had most everything that we needed. This was my time renting a resort home. I will do it, again because of the comfort, privacy and space. Our host was concerned about our stay and making it pleasant. Thanks for the memories. Thanksgiving 2024.

We had an issue with the front door locking but it was eventually fixed before our departure. There was a slight leak of water from the refrigerator. The host and property manager was informed prior to departure.
