The building itself is rather old (the apartment is brand new renovated and modern though) + the elevator was tiny

It was spacious but the catalogue of negative experiences linked to basic welfare facilities ruined the stay and experience.

The reviews of others should not be ignored as what has been historically reported is continuing to persist based on our recent experience. Toilet wasn’t clean. Ventilation so poor it smelled like a festival toilet and a multi-story car park staircase. It didn’t flush on the second day from 7:30 - 15:10 Hot water was random in a morning - hardly ideal when on a sightseeing vacation. Shower leaked from cubicle base onto tiled floor and no floor mat was provided, despite requesting one. I slipped; if this was an elderly person, it could’ve resulted in hospitalisation! Washing machine drawer cannot fully open to use powder, so only tablets or pods can be used. No drying facilities - response from management company was to dry on the radiators…. Water directly onto radiators can cause rusting plus….It’s August!? Didn’t have a drying rack when this was requested. Management company was promptly informed of every issue we had. Emails of problems sent and videos made. However receipt of ‘we wish you a comfortable stay’ was their response. Poor customer service from this company.

Entering the facilities wasn’t easy. a) Wrong directions how to enter appartment. b) finding right house door c) appartment was ok, but house itself not. Also no wifi (as instructions had wrong rooter name). - therefore alltogether too much hazzel.

The apartment was beautiful. The access to it was easy and the hostess gave us exact directions to it. The furniture were brand new. Also, it was near to the Old Town and near to lots of bars and cafes.

By the time we arrived at the apartment we had no internet connection, as probably the router was missing. We came in contact with the hostess but they told us that there is a complex problem with and electricity cable, and as a result, we haven't had any internet connection during our stay there. Also, the lightbulb in the small room was out of order. We informed the hostess, they had the intention to fix it, but they never did it. Moreover, the toilet seat stinks and the iron was missing. The apartment building and the elevator were very old, but its not the hostess' fault.
