Let's start with the positives - the flat is newly renewed, mostly matching the pictures.

But the building and access to the flat is horrifying. There are 3 elevators in the building, and only one is in service, but it can't transport more than 1 person at a time - we used it only once as we weren't sure if it could safely make it to the 5th floor. The whole building is old and filthy. I was very disappointed with the service and the agency's communication. Straight after the reservation, I sent them our IDs, and they lost them as they repetitively asked for them (one month after the mail). I had an impression that more people were writing to me and coordinating my reservation at once. It was impossible to get the apartment address. I received it with a note that the check-in would be delayed because of the ongoing cleaning - which was not visible at all by the way - so we were waiting for the access code to the apartment, in front of the door at 3:30 pm. And it took a long while to finally receive the access code to the flat. Even the intro video is outdated. The bathroom should be cleaner and the toilet stinks.

Modern and well furnished apartment with direct access to the park nearby. There is a public parking at the beginning of the street and a grocery shop in front of the building entrance.

An old and not well maintained building. The elevator was too small and impossible to fit in more than one person with a suitcase. The electronic locking system of the apartment door was not working when we arrived, so maintenance was sent immediately to replace the batteries. Not enough cutlery in the kitchen, and the cooker hood was not connected to the vent system of the building. The internet speed was low, and there was no cable TV connected in the apartment.

Very nice, cosy, homely apartment. Looks like the photos! The staff was quick to respond when I had a minor issue with the alarm going off- this was quickly checked/ sorted.

They send a video with information about how can enter. It is near to the old city. The furniture is new (but there is a broken door).

Our check-in was delayed by almost 2 hours. The floor was dirty. Check-in was at 15, and we received the code to enter at almost 17, because they were cleaned up, but still were dirty on the floor. It wasn't hot when we arrived.
