Dirty needs a deep clean , oven and microwave was splattered with food and dirty , beds are very low and uncomfortable . Back door would not lock so we had to sleep on sofa has a lot of undesirable people about … electric bikes all tide up to railings of property and jackets hung on them felt unsafe … all in all a dissapointing stay

The location of property is central. It is within walking distance of shops. The house is spacious and has everything you need. The beds were comfortable and the street is quite.

I would have like toiletries such as shampoo, but, it wasn't a big problem.

The house was central.

The beds were uncomfortable, the linen was old and some not clean. Toilet paper in 1 toilet only. We left a pack for the next guest so they weren’t stuck like us. The communication with the owner was not satisfactory. I had to reach out to them for check in details the day before even though it said they will reach out 7 days before. All I got was a PIN code for door and wifi code. Not another word. There was no folder with any info on services in the area. We arrived and the house cleaning from previous guest was only just starting at 3.30pm. We were told it would be ready. We had to go out for 2 hours whilst this was being done. We were told there was free parking. Not true. We had to walk 800 metres to a car park up and down a hill with our bags. The car park felt isolated and unsafe. I would not recommend this property. Sadly the property has potential but needs another owner or manager. Such a shame!

The location was great the kitchen facilities having 3 bedrooms

We found the unit cold, extra blankets were found upstairs. and it would have been good to have 2 chairs even folding chairs

House was unclean and unused food in fridge/freezer Not enough towels for occupants of stay Half used toilet rolls left from previous stay and not enough supplied Correspondence from staff looking after the property was rude and unhelpful

Lovely size home, excellent location

The smell was over bearing when we entered. We found mouldy pasta in bins, mouldy bread, and mould inside the cupboards. We called the owner who said we would be refunded the cleaning fee. However we are still waiting for it to be sent.
