"Great value for money and lovely customer service."

The living and dining area was nice and spacious, and twin beds were comfortable.

The only small things I would note is the shower hose being held on by a hairband, though it worked totally fine. We also felt it would be useful to have a bath mat in the shower as it was a little slippery at times. Lastly the double bed appeared to have a slat broken underneath - it was fine just maybe something to look into.

"Perfect northern race frip"

Dropped bags of before check in time, so saw the mess from last guests. Cleaner did a fantastic job. Perfect spot for a chester break. No hassle at all. Proper value for money

Nothing to moan/complain about at all.

Centrally located, clean, tidy property. Very good access to Chester. The property management team were excellent making sure we had everything we needed.

"Comfortable and great location."

Great location. Handy to restaurants and seemed safe enough walking around.

Bottom bedroom mattress could of been lot better . Front door lock system needs fixing. Bit tricky to operate.
